Position Summary
Manages the business and financial affairs of the department (Campus Enterprises). Responsibilities include facilitation and management of financial resources regardless of funding source. Functions assigned to the position include financial management, personnel administration/management, payroll, purchasing reconciliation and other closely related work.

Minimum Qualifications
MBA or Masters’s degree in a related field or a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline and an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. Additional Required Certifications, Licensures, and Certificates Preferred Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of related experience
  • Knowledge in the query and maintenance of Banner Finance, Banner HR, and Banner Student or similar software systems.

Additional Required Certifications, Licensures, and Certificates

Preferred Qualifications
  • 4-5 years of successful related budget and/or personnel management experience in the UNC System
  • Considerable knowledge/experience with Banner Finance and Banner HR, SHRA and EHRA position management, compliance and risk management, experience with multiple fund management to include state and trust fund management; supervisory experience.
  • Considerable knowledge/experience with all Microsoft Office products (primarily Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and One Drive/Share Point), as well as other computer applications and software systems
  • Exceptional communication, written, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail and service
